  • Responsible for the control and reporting processes and financial output for Indigo Europe including:
    • Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes and interaction with Indigo Global Business Services (GBS), until the GBS structure is rolled out in Europe
    • Financial transaction recording and reporting for the European entities assigned by management
    • Obtaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
    • Month end accounting closing, consolidation in Europe and reporting
    • Ensuring an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
    • Timely reporting of all monthly financial information
    • Overseeing the annual statutory closing and reporting process and co-ordinate with external auditors
  • Ownership of Indigo reporting process - through interfaces with source feeding business applications, (, Oracle, etc.)
    • Group reporting into Indigo US, or via Indigo Global Business Services (GBS)
    • Monthly Business Review process and preparation (output)
  • Develop strong partnerships and accountability for:
    • Enforcing SLA terms and conditions with external accounting service providers
    • GBS Accounting team to align on overall reporting processes and standardized reporting packages
    • Group Control to ensure actual financial results comply seamlessly for Indigo consolidation
    • Close cooperation with Corporate Accounting, Technical Accounting functions at Indigo HQ in US
    • To support an adequate internal controls environment
  • Support Oracle Europe roll out from a financial accounting and control perspective
    • Support Oracle roll out team in setting up Chart of Accounts and consolidation and reporting processes
    • Support Oracle roll out team as interface between Indigo Europe business and implementation partners
  • As needed, act as a financial business partner for various functional areas:
    • Providing in-depth analysis and financial guidance, while identifying potential risks and opportunities
    • Supporting different business initiatives by providing timely and accurate financial information and business KPI data as needed


  • BS/BA in Accounting or Finance required, CPA/CA or CPA/CA-eligible desired
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, well-structured communication both written and oral
  • Enjoys working cross-functionally in a positive and team-oriented way whether as a project lead or as a contributor
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint story building skills
  • Self-starter and desire to learn and develop skill sets
  • Strong Excel skills (Tableau or other visualization tools is a plus)
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Takes ownership in work
  • Strong interest in Indigo’s mission and helping company to execute to achieve goals


  • 6-10 years of work experience
  • Finance, start up, consulting, private equity, or strategy experience
  • Reporting financial systems experience (Hyperion Essbase, Tableau) and / or business multidimensional cube reporting is a plus.
  • Project Management and / or ERP roll out experience a plus
  • Agriculture experience not necessary but a plus
  • Experience managing others, able to do so in a respectful and productive manner that helps develop others
  • Ability to work cross functionally in a positive and team-oriented way whether as a project lead or as a contributor
