 The Data Quality Manager will have ownership of Commercial data quality across Indigo’s digital platforms. The role will be accountable for the active management of data quality program activities that include daily data analysis to proactively identify and address reconcilable discrepancies, collaboration with business and technology stakeholders on systems development and regular data quality status updates to management.  Example of responsibilities include: 

  • Proactively run reports to identify and address discrepancies such as duplicates and incomplete records
  • Follow up with sales on missing records required to close business
  • Drive validation rule strategy and communicate requirements 
  • Troubleshoot and track issues raised by the field and bring them to resolution 
  • Communicate with SF training team to include newly uncovered gaps in adoption in training activities  

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, inventory and define data reports and processes that will be needed for continuous monitoring of data 
  • Develop a complete inventory of data clean up reports and define cadence for producing those and addressing uncovered issues
  • Define and operationalize process to continuously monitor and quality check completeness and accuracy of Closed-Won Opportunities, including but not limited to Agronomist assignments, Program Type, etc. Manage process throughout each crop season and effectively communicate any data quality issues or changes to stakeholders.
  • Develop appropriate data structure and data flow expertise 
  • Develop strong collaboration and partnership with GBS to define the data quality interaction model between Commercial and GBS 
  • Proactively monitor key Salesforce objects and specific fields to ensure completeness of data
  • Work collaboratively with each program and business head to identify key goals and how high-quality data support and enable these goals. 
  • Identify data challenges and define maintenance opportunities

 Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in data management and analysis
  • Minimum3 years of Salesforce.com experience 
  • B.S. Degree required
  • Experience Supporting Sales / Commercial processes within CRM
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Einstein Analyticsor Tableau is required. Must have strong experience building Salesforce.com reports and dashboards
  • Experience across many databases structures and competency in linkage amongst different data structures
  • Stakeholder management experience preferred
  • Experience with data science and quantitative and qualitative data management
  • Experience with data across the customer journey from lead to order. 
  • Can be located in Boston or Memphis; will travel between Boston and Memphis (up to 50%)
