Senior Commercial Project Manager

Indigo improves grower profitability, environmental sustainability, and consumer health through the use of natural microbiology and digital technologies. Responsibilities:

  • Meet with all business stakeholders involved in the offer creation process, and develop a strong understanding of Indigo’s offer types and value propositions.
    • Lead project check-ins with cross functional stakeholders, and report out on project progress and potential risks.
    •  Establish relationships with all key stakeholders and help articulate their pain points and needs from Project Management
  • Become a thought partner to the “PMO” to drive functional improvements and streamline processes
    • Identify and bring forth areas for continual process improvement to team and function; identify methods to decrease project execution cycle times and resource use
    • Take ownership of driving those improvements
  • Able to transition projects to operations
    • Develop tools and templates to support functional enablement
    • Continually works to set clear boundaries between projects and operations, while balancing value add to functional team enablement

  • Experience with Product governance and Project Management governance
  • Tactical about getting offers out quickly, and getting new offers out in more seamless ways

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of Project Management experience; applied knowledge of project management tools and processes (e.g., management of integration, scope, time, quality, communications, risk, etc.)
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and summarizing project plans
  • Proven aptitude for process improvement & scaling business
  • Practical experience with product launches in large matrix organizations with various functional stakeholders
  • Experience managing projects that impact a sales process
  • Background in industries such as: Pharma, Ag, Tech, food Production is a plus
  • Experience using 1 or more Project Management tools (MS Projects, etc)
  • Based in Memphis, TN with occasional travel required
