Develop a process for tracking inventory throughout the supply chain (SYM CMOs through distribution to seed treaters) and for anticipating and translating demand forecasts into inventory requirements into production needs.
Develop a process to coordinate demand from international sites into supply requirements (timing, quantity and packaging). Coordinate all resupply orders to international affiliates.
Develop tools to easily assign transportation for international shipments and communicate to affiliates on timing of orders.
Complete training across impacted functions and develop SOPs for primary job duties.
Build and maintain reports needed for primary job functions (inventory, pending orders, etc).
Maintain inventory reconciliation process and update monthly.
Report on inventory KPIs (DIO, obsolescence, waste, etc).
