The Buyer Account Manager role is an Inside Sales role where you will be growing accounts. The Buyer Account Manager is also responsible for the generation of business in the assigned accounts as well as the attainment of new accounts for the business.

KEY OUTCOMES

1) Engage with assigned accounts to identify and expand strategic partnerships

  • Develop deep relationships throughout the buyer organization and become a trusted resource
  • Set and meet customer expectations for fast responses to all questions within the same day they are asked
  • Assist buyers in benefitting from additional services of Indigo’s business offerings as needed to grow revenue
  • Provide ongoing training and support for all Indigo products
  • Coordinate with internal Indigo teams to provide support and solutions as needed to make sure that the customers are fully supported

2) Within 30 days build a thorough understanding of Indigo’s brand and products

  • Be able to present Indigo’s pitch regarding value proposition within 60 days

3) Within 6 months, identify, develop and execute strategic targets for Buyer Partnership Agreements

  • Conduct research and discovery calls with 30 accounts.
  • Present and propose 20 accounts.
  • Close and execute 10 Buyer Partnership Agreements

4) Within 12 months, grow Buyer accounts to increase share of wallet with Marketplace transactions and Buyer Partnership Agreements

Key Qualifications for Buyer Account Manager (Inside)

1) Minimum 5 years of experience working in Strategic Account Management 

2) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

3) Experience in the agricultural industry preferred

4) Some technical experience, or familiarity with CRM systems

5) Memphis-based
