Support development of high throughput screening and optimization assays for discovering microbes that protect plants against biotic stress, primary focus on fungal disease
Maintain microbe stocks.
Prepare culture media for plant and pathogen growth by following defined SOPs and using sterile technique.
Perform plant growth and maintenance including sowing seeds for production assays, sampling and watering plants, and waste disposal.
Characterize plants and optimize phenotyping processes.
Execute screening assays in Growth Chamber/Greenhouse (Sowing, Watering, Harvest)
Perform data collection, analysis and recording.
Provide support by maintaining supply of clean glassware, autoclave supplies and other consumables
Ability to work efficiently across functions and with diverse teams
