Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end campaign management, ensuring creative excellence, cohesiveness and quality across campaigns

  • Design a campaign process in a manner that establishes it as a recognizable and branded aspect of what the marketing org is responsible for
  • Effectively execute campaigns through timeline management, campaign setup, delivery of assets and information, troubleshooting and reports
  • Flawlessly execute 3+ campaigns at any given time

 

Understand and represent Indigo’s brand across all channels

  • Become well versed in Indigo’s approach to channel strategy across all channels, enough to operate and optimize it
  • Understand Indigo’s stakeholders and be able to speak on behalf of their experience

 

Develop new ideas that forge innovation and drive effective engagement with desired end-users

 

Become recognized across several internal teams as the Marketing point person with inspired confidence

  • Awareness and understanding of digital and offline advertising, full spectrum of marketing channels and an appreciation for integration

Qualifications:

  • 7-12 years of Marketing experience
  • Hands-on leadership style
  • Brand / agency experience; can discern quality work
  • Familiar with digital product development, preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Global marketing experience, preferred
  • Solutions-oriented and agile in style
  • Proven track record in fast-paced environment
  • Travel required, 1-2 times per month
