The role of the Executive Assistant to the S-Team/Indigo Partners in Memphis is to provide the highest level of support with the highest level of accuracy ensuring team success by making key projects, events, business operations and activities happen seamlessly, flawlessly, and in an exemplary fashion for the S-Team, Indigo Partners and Indigo.



  •  Drive and support Indigo leadership to achieve team objectives by participating in wide-ranging, dynamic activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide the highest level of support to ensure seamless coverage at all times, including:
    • Extensive scheduling of complex meetings and calendar management.
    • Coordinating dial-ins and video conferences.
    • Printing/distributing meeting materials.
    • Ensuring conference rooms and other needed resources are coordinated and reflected in Outlook.
    • Catering.
    • Thinking/planning ahead to ensure meetings are smooth and well-organized.
  • Travel arrangements including domestic and international travel with the ability to juggle constantly changing agendas to ensure smooth travel.
  • Communicate agendas and respond to calendar changes as needed.
  • Prepare business expense reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Communication:
    • Professional, flawless, clear and succinct (both verbal and written) communication to high profile investors, board members, customers, vendors, contacts and colleagues.
  • Interact with internal and external colleagues with an upbeat, positive and friendly demeanor, always willing to help and go the extra mile.
  • Manage conflicting priorities and deliver on the most critical assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • The Executive Assistant for the S-Team/Indigo Partners is expected to perform core responsibilities and go above and beyond the listed responsibilities to ensure team success on wide ranging projects.

  • Minimum 5-10 years in Executive Assistant role with a willingness to learn, and energy to get the job done to enable others’ success.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
