The role of ERP Manager is to become a trusted advisor for the Finance Business Team. In this hands-on role, you will be the go-to resource to investigate Oracle ERP issues and address functionality questions and pain points. You will recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle ERP technology to meet day-to-day business needs. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement realistic solutions that align with business expectations. You will interface with senior management to define a technology roadmap that aligns with key business goals and objectives.



  • Reduce Finance direct contact with Managed Support vendor
  • Improve efficiency of financial operations through automation.
  • Document business process flows for Finance and highlight issues/gaps
  • Directly support and recommend specific improvements to the Month-End Closing Process
  • Design and lead development of sales reporting (‘sales cube”).
  • Leverage technical capabilities to streamline operations
  • Identify and conduct required oracle training sessions
  • Understand and embody our purpose & core values


Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Applications and Oracle Cloud Experience
  • Ability to recommend best practices with technical solutions to meet business objectives
  • Ability to manage 3rd party resources, including off-shore
  • Understands report writing and has significant experience in this (FRS, SmartView, OTBI, etc.)
  • Works with a sense of urgency and is willing to have flexible hours during critical close periods
  • Has expertise to suggest ideas to help finance further automate areas after doing walkthroughs of what we do today
  • Understanding of how to create additional entities and full set up within Oracle
  • Understanding of financial controls and has a deep financial focus
  • Understanding of basic accounting/finance concepts and able to speak the Finance business language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic iterative manner
  • Able to form good trusting relationships with the finance team
  • 5+ years working with Oracle required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
