Job Description
- Job Title: Healthcare Talent Acquisition Manager
- Base Salary: $100-120k, based on skill and experience
- Location: USA, Remote

- Travel Requirements: Local and national travel required - up to 10%
- Reports to: VP, People and Culture (Interim - Chief of Staff)
Job Summary:
Reporting to the VP, People and Culture, (Interim Chief of Staff) the Manager, Talent Acquisition is an expert in healthcare recruiting and leads the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE). They ensure that all recruiters are sourcing top talent, developing talent pipelines, ensuring a great hiring manager and candidate experience, aligning with industry best practices and meeting time to fill targets. They are responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts within IP and also for its managed services clients, which consists of various healthcare clinics. This role will also be expected to recruit for selected roles as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the recruitment effort for IP and Managed Services Partners, leading the Talent Acquisition COE
- Foster a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Source and recruit candidates.
- Drive a proactive approach to building an effective talent pipeline.
- Inspire candidates on what IP and/ or its managed service clinics have to offer, exciting them about the role, company, career opportunities and more.
- Collaborate with HR Leadership, and HR Business Partners to execute on talent strategy.
- Execute, efficiently and effectively on the talent acquisition process, adjusting the process as needed to meet the needs of Managed Services Partners.
- Work closely with leadership and other team members to develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Develop and provide Indigenous/Inclusion recruitment training.
- Recommend and implement enhancements based on data-driven insights.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Tribal Communities, relationship building and being closely connected to the communities.
- Ability to work in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities while staying a team player.
- Proven record of accomplishment of achieving business results.

- Ability to display a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
- Proficient computer skills with experience with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the Healthcare industry.
- Excellent DEIB experience, with an Indigenous focus
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.
Physical and sensory demands:
- This position will require extended periods of sitting, typing, and working on a computer screen.
- Close vision is required for computer work.
Working environment:
- This is a remote position, with expected working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. Adjustment of working hours may be required to accommodate time zones.
- Local and national travel required - up to 10%
