Job Description
Job Title: Regional Sales Account Executive
Base Salary: $95k-$105k with performance-based commission structure available (OTE)
Location: Washington/Montana region and California/Nevada region
Work model: Remote
Travel Requirements: 20 - 25% of travel within the United States.
Reports to: Chief Health Care Development & Tribal Relations Officer
Job Summary:
Indigenous Pact is currently seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Account Executive. A successful candidate for this role will work to meet the organization's client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
The Regional Sales Account Executive responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
To be successful, this individual must be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, resourceful, and have great interpersonal skills with a professional disposition.
Essential Job Functions:
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
- Drives initiatives to bridge the gap between policy and healthcare equity
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA degree required from an accredited institution in Business or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven sales executive experience in healthcare that includes meeting or exceeding targets.
- 10+ years experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proficient understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Proficient business acumen in pharmaceutical and laboratory settings.
- Experience with CRM Hubspot and proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Works well independently or collaboratively pursuing quality in projects and outcomes
- Proficient computer skills with experience with Microsoft Office suite programs
