We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter/HR Associate to help us grow our company.
In this role, you will actively source new veterinarians to work in our partner hospitals. This is an opportunity to really hone your skill and become an expert on what makes veterinarians sign on the dotted line. Because there are more open veterinary jobs across the U.S. than there are veterinarians to fill them, you’ll need to be savvy in leveraging the best recruiting tools to source the best talent.
You’ll be supported in your role by the Head of HR and the Chief Growth Officer, who will help manage the regions in which you recruit new doctors, and will assist with marketing to make finding new docs easier.
In addition to actively sourcing talent, you’ll shepherd candidates through the entire interview process. When a hire is made, you’ll onboard the new doctor into the Company’s HRIS system to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new employee.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have 3 or more years of recruiting experience in a high-volume setting, with a focus on actively sourcing / soliciting candidates. Strong functional knowledge of at least one or more ATS systems is required, and previous experience leveraging an HRIS system. Bonus points if you know what it’s like to work in a fast-paced, growing company where things are ever-changing.
