Who we are:
Yoodli is a private, personalized and AI powered speech coach. Our dream is to help people around the world improve their communication skills without feeling judged. We’ve raised $7M+ in seed funding from leading investors such as Madrona, AI2, Cercano and other industry experts. Our work has been featured in outlets including WSJ, Inc., and Geekwire. We recently announced a partnership with Toastmasters International to bring AI powered speech coaching to 300k+ members globally. We’re a mission focused and fast growing startup based out of the Allen AI Institute in Seattle. The team includes alumni from GoogleX, Apple, Meta, among others. What we’re hoping you bring:
You are a marketing generalist (5+ years of experience) who cares deeply about helping people communicate better. We hope you’ll bring passion, empathy, and creativity to spread Yoodli to millions of people. This is our first marketing hire. You are an expert at growth marketing but also able to lead SEO (blog writing), social (influencer campaigns), and manage drip campaigns. You should have extensive experience building A/B testing frameworks, experimenting with “growth hacks,” managing paid and unpaid user acquisition channels. You’re excited to work at the intersection of product (focus on UX, PLG), engineering (BigQuery, Google Analytics), and customer success (building referral campaigns, directly interfacing with users etc.). The role is hybrid - we would like you to be based in the Greater Seattle Area.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience with SEO (sitemap changes, content creation)
- Experience working with paid advertising across different platforms (you are very comfortable running CPC campaigns, working with Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
- Familiarity leading social media campaigns and influencer marketing
- Comfort running A/B experiments across product flows and value propositions, optimizing user acquisition and retention funnels
- Experience working with cross functional design and engineering teams
- Strong communication skills, humility, team-first-attitude and the ability to execute quickly
Nice to have Qualifications:
- Prior startup experience is strongly preferred (fewer than 50 employees)
- Familiarity using design tools such as Figma
- Experience managing loyalty programs, social media accounts, community centric workflows
