The Opportunity: 

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketer to drive the business and go-to-market strategy for Incode Workforce, one of Incode’s newest and fastest-growing products. Incode Workforce is a device-independent authentication platform designed to secure critical employee lifecycle interactions, such as password resets, help desk interactions, and sensitive transactions, while preventing social engineering and deepfake attacks. 

This role will focus on creating compelling messaging and positioning, launching new features, enabling sales and customer success teams, and working closely with marketing and revenue to effectively target CISOs, security leaders, and IT decision-makers. As a key driver of Workforce’s growth, you will ensure that the product’s value resonates with enterprises in high-security industries such as financial services, healthcare, and IT management. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Product Messaging and Content Development: Define positioning, draft messaging and enable our customer-facing teams. Create high-quality, persuasive product collateral that aligns with messaging throughout the customer journey (website, sales collateral, events, etc.). This includes but is not limited to pitch decks, demo videos, case studies, sales scripts, blog posts, one pagers.  
  • Product Launch and GTM  Programs: Execute growth programs and increase awareness with prospects on how Incode’s product solves needs in the IdeIDV needs more effectively than those of the competition (e.g. increased conversions, better UX, end-to-end solution). Design and implement effective GTM programs that drive logo acquisition as well as product adoption, retention and upsells with existing customers.  
  • Sales and Customer Success Enablement: Equip and train sales and customer success teams to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of Incode's products to accelerate the sales cycle, increase conversions and improve competitive win rates.  
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to ensure Workforce’s positioning remains ahead of cybersecurity and identity access management trends. Gather feedback from customers and the market to inform Workforce’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise needs and challenges. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be the voice-of-customer to product and the voice-of-product to the market. You will play a crucial role in rallying teams across the business around shared goals and objectives.  

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in product marketing, with expertise in SaaS solutions; experience in cybersecurity or identity and access management (IAM) is a strong plus 
  • Demonstrated success in product launch and go-to-market strategies, ideally for enterprise-grade solutions targeting high-security industries 
  • A natural curiosity and willingness to dive deep into new products or industries, especially those with complex or technical components. Comfortable with learning and communicating the intricacies of advanced technologies 
  • You are a storyteller, with a demonstrated ability to develop compelling product messaging frameworks and GTM strategies for technical audiences 
  • Build project plans with timelines (PLP, campaigns, etc.) and manage direct stakeholder expectations. 
  • Proficiency in value-based selling, sales methodologies like MEDDIC and the creation of product collateral and sales enablement materials grounded in use cases.  
  • Strong ability to influence and enable cross-functional partners. 
  • Solid analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
