We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance to our Account Executives (AEs) and collaborate across various departments within the company, including finance and legal. This role does not require direct client interaction but will involve handling documents, drafting contracts, and supporting the administrative aspects of the sales process. 

Requirements 

  • Location: Spain 
  • Languages: Proficient in English and Spanish 
  • Education: Degree in Engineering or Business Administration 
  • Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in the technology industry 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Account Executives with administrative tasks related to sales processes. 
  • Manage documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
  • Collaborate with different departments within the company, such as finance and legal, to facilitate sales operations. 
  • Support the commercial department in administrative duties. 

Traits: 

  • Eager to grow and learn. 
  • Proactive and driven. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Technical Sales Knowledge: 

  • Understanding of cloud deployment. 
  • Familiarity with deploying and connecting solutions. 
  • Knowledge of IP (Internet Protocol) fundamentals.
