InCharge Energy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry and Refinement Intern to help improve our data accuracy. As part of the Service team, you will work across all service departments to contribute with data entry and cleanup in Salesforce and other internal software while gaining hands-on experience in data management and analysis.
What You’ll Do
Assist in accurately inputting data from various sources into Salesforce and other internal software systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entries through cross-referencing and validation procedures.
Support efforts to identify and correct errors and discrepancies in existing data sets under guidance of service managers and leads.
Verify data consistency on format, structure, and naming conventions.
Collaborate with service team to enrich existing data with additional information or attributes where applicable.
Participate in quality checks to maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
Document data refinement procedures and any changes made for future reference and audit purposes.
Your Experience and Capabilities
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in data entry software and tools is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with basic database concepts is a plus.
US Hourly Range
$17—$20 USD
