The Opportunity
The Content Marketing and Strategy Intern will play a vital role in shaping InCharge Energy’s online presence and marketing strategies. This position focuses on digital marketing strategy and content creation, providing the candidate with hands-on experience in driving brand visibility and engagement in the digital sphere. The internship will offer insights into how digital marketing strategies are crafted, executed, and refined to achieve business objectives in a dynamic industry. The successful candidate will learn to interpret market trends, optimize digital campaigns, and enhance customer experiences through strategic content planning and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Craft compelling content for various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and website.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Assist in the creation of engaging multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and webinars.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
- Support in Salesforce Account Engagement journey building and operational email improvements, and support relevant segmentation
- Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of webinars to drive audience engagement and lead generation.
- Participate in partner and program marketing plan templatization to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to survey writing and analysis to gather insights for marketing strategies and customer experience improvements.
Your Experience and Capabilities
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Basic understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize digital campaigns.
- Experience with Salesforce or willingness to learn is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing software and multimedia content creation tools is advantageous.
