About the role....
Inari is looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join our team in Cambridge, MA. In this role, you will provide operational IT support for information management processes and technologies. This role is a member of Inari’s IT Operations team working closely with our Systems Engineers and Business Relationship Manager.
As an IT Systems Analyst, you will…
- Align Inari IT’s processes and technologies to Record Management requirements
- Manage operational infrastructure technologies
- Participate in the design, deployment, and administration of new and existing processes and technologies
- Monitor and respond to requests related to data loss prevention, data retention, and compliance
- Create and update technical documentation
- Provide technical support for ongoing system maintenance
- Stay current on technology trends and best practices as they relate to Inari’s IT
- Help problem solve complex system related issues
You Bring…
- 3-5 years of work experience in a technology role
- Prior experience with Data Loss Prevention, e-Discovery, and Enterprise Data Protection
- Prior experience with networking, email, and general cloud administration
- Industry recognized certifications are a bonus
- Ability to communicate technical information in a clear concise way
- A strong sense of purpose and drive to develop unique, high impact solutions.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for new challenges, innate curiosity, and a passion for learning.
