About the role....

The Systems Engineer role is an opportunity to manage operational IT infrastructure and XaaS products across multiple sites in a high growth IT organization. This role is a member of our IT Operations team and will work closely with our Sr. Systems Engineer as well as our End User Compute team.

As a Systems Engineer, you will…

  • Manage operational technologies such as network infrastructure, IAM tool, and XaaS offerings such as AzureAD
  • Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for improvements
  • Participate in the design, deployment, and administration of new and existing systems
  • Act as an escalation point for technical troubleshooting
  • Provide reporting data on operational IT metrics
  • Stay current on technology trends and best practices as they relate to Inari’s IT
  • Help problem solve complex system related issues
  • Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining key business systems
  • Create and update technical documentation
  • Provide technical support for ongoing system maintenance

 

 You Bring…

  • 5-8 years of work experience in a technology role with increasing responsibility
  • Prior experience in a junior systems engineer or senior support analyst role
  • 2+ years’ experience with network, IAM, AzureAD, email, and general cloud administration
  • Industry recognized certifications such as CCNA or MCSE are advantageous
  • Ability to communicate technical information in a clear concise way
  • Knowledge of systems engineering software tools
  • A strong sense of purpose and drive to develop unique, high impact solutions
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for new challenges, innate curiosity, and a passion for learning
  • Creative and strategic thinking, willingness to be bold and take risks, and the ability to recognize and learn from failure
  • A collaborative mindset that is open to giving and receiving ideas, perspectives, and feedback
  • Ability to work both independently and deliver on responsibilities within a highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals and audiences
