The Team
The Finance Team is responsible for executing Imprint’s financial strategy and empowering teams with insightful analysis, cross functional collaboration, and operational rigor. We work closely with our leaders, investors, Bank Partners, and merchant partners to execute company strategy and build financial discipline as we scale through our next stage of hyper-growth.
The Job
The Head of Capital Markets is responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for funding our loans, as well providing key inputs to the broader product development and strategy. This person will play a key role in defining and executing Imprint’s long term capital strategy, while managing key relationships externally. The head of capital markets reports to the CFO of imprint and will work closely with the finance team. A successful candidate will have superior technical skills, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and will be extremely detail-oriented.
Your Day-to-Day
- Interface directly with institutional investors on a regular basis, and build effective and lasting working relationships
- Responsible for running, structuring and negotiating corporate debt and warehouse deals
- Manage debt capital fundraising efforts, including corporate debt, warehouse and securitizations
- End to end ownership of Imprint’s debt portfolio
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to the CFO and CEO leveraging finance resources
We Are Looking For Folks With
- 10+ years of experience in capital markets, preferably in the consumer lending industry
- Strong understanding of debt structures
- Proven track record of raising capital
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Exceptional capital market experience, with an ability to work quickly with little oversight
- Strong self-management, drive, and organizational skills, and an insatiable curiosity to learn

Annual salary range: $275k - $325k and competitive equity package
