The Team

The Finance Team is responsible for executing Imprint’s financial strategy and empowering teams with insightful analysis and operational rigor. We work closely with our leaders, investors, and partners to identify commercial opportunities, execute strategic initiatives, and empower discipline as we scale through our next stage of hyper-growth.

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Capital Markets, this role has the opportunity to partner with multiple cross functional departments and program partners. Your work will drive meaningful impact on our financial infrastructure and partner relationships and you will play a formative role in designing Imprint’s finance ecosystem.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and variance analysis
  • Prepare materials and presentations for firm leadership, Board and investors
  • Own partner ledger processes including accruals, reconciliations and AP/AR 
  • Collaborate with Product & Growth teams to systemize & scale partner reporting platform
  • Manage funds flow with our external counterparties and subsidiaries
  • Assist with technical GAAP analysis on CECL, capital software and revenue recognition
  • Support annual external financial statement audits 
  • Scale best in class accounting processes, controls and systems to support rapid growth
  • Support strategic initiatives including evaluating new investments, fundraises & M&A

We Are Looking For Folks With

  • 1-2 years at a Big 4 or global accounting firm and/or the finance and accounting team of a hypergrowth tech startup
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience with Excel, Powerpoint, Quickbooks, NetSuite and/or Sage Intacct 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail

Bonus Points

  • Experience with consumer lending
  • Experience with Excel financial models
  • Experience with accounting ERP implementations

Annual salary range: $70k -$110k and competitive equity package
