Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design and implement short and long term IT solutions to meet existing and future business requirements.
  • Manage IT projects (-Scope, Budget, Timeline, Implementation)
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with ERP, MRP, CRM implementations and operations.
  • Lead new site IT Infrastructure build outs
  • Implement information security and control structures.
  • Implement disaster recovery and back-up procedures.
  • Participate in security and system audits of deployed technologies and implement recommendations.
  • Manage deployed applications and systems and bring them inline with industry best practices inline with business and security requirements.
  • Implement regularly scheduled Infrastructure/security updates (Network, Server, etc…).
  • Lead Infrastructure and application upgrades and migrations.
  • Assist in development, implementation and maintenance of technology strategies, policies, procedures and associated training plans for systems resource administration and appropriate use.
  • Create and maintain detailed application/systems documentation.
  • Provide application and system cross training to team member
  • Create end-user presentations and conduct training as needed to ensure optimal end-user usage.
  • Provide escalation support for office computer support, both hardware and software (including MS Office and Google Apps)
  • Perform Desktop Support functions as needed.

Education And/Or Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years Systems Administration experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing global ERP applications
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects in scope, on-time and within budget
  • Single Sign On implementation and management experience
  • Enterprise Mobile Device management experience
  • Cloud & On-Premises Infrastructure Management experience
  • Enterprise Endpoint Management experience (SCCM, JAMF, Endpoint Encryption, Antivirus, etc…)
  • Enterprise Email and collaboration experience
  • VoIP management experience
  • Virtualization experience (e.g. VMware, AWS etc…)
  • PKI Management experience
  • Windows/Mac Domain configuration, setup and management experience
  • MS SQL DB management experience
  • Network Management experience. Network+, CCNA, etc…a plus.
  • Apple & Microsoft certifications a plus
  • System/Application Backup High Availability and Disaster Recovery experience
