Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Director of Client Services who will be responsible for oversight of multiple campaigns across different pharma companies and therapeutic areas to drive overall success and implementation. You’ll act as the day to day client contact, managing campaigns from kickoff to completion.  He/she will work with the pharma client, agencies, and all stakeholders involved to understand brand goals and strategic imperatives, aligning them with campaign content and strategy. You will lead in taking content through Medical Legal Regulatory review to gain approval, and work with the internal teams to successfully implement. 

 

Duties/ Responsibilities: 

Client Partnership:

  • Serve as day to day point of contact for key pharmaceutical and agency partners
  • Collaborate with client to understand the brands strategic imperatives and business objectives, ensuring campaigns are strategic and set up for success
  • Cultivate strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor in the space
  • Displays understanding and ownership of full MLR submission and approvals process, acting as the expert in content guardrails and functionality of the platform
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and extended teams for project execution

 

Internal Account Management:

  • Ensure constant, clear, overcommunication with internal teams to relay client status updates and relevant aspects of campaign launches
  • Collaborate with the sales lead, always keeping a pulse on potential growth opportunities for assigned accounts, setting campaigns up for incremental success
  • Work with data analytics lead to story tell campaign metrics, tying metrics to clients goal and KPIs
  • Mentorship of managers and coordinators on the team, working together to optimize internal processes

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5-7 year’s experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing at an agency or similar
  • History of working with clients to craft campaigns in the HCP space (open to experience in DTC) to meet client goals and deliver on time
  • Proven history of building successful client relationships, preferably with brand managers at pharmaceutical companies / agencies
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to think quickly and problem solve
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, tight deadline environment, an organized and autonomous worker
  • Consultation selling experience / experience upselling accounts 
  • Travel as much as 1x per quarter for team meetings
