Are you a strategic problem solver with a passion for marketing technology? Join our dynamic team as a Marketing Technology Lead and take charge of our digital production management, overseeing website and marketing automation projects with precision. You'll refine and implement efficient workflows, create and maintain operational documentation, and train team members to master our marketing technology tools. Your expertise will ensure seamless Marketing Technology (MarTech) stack integration, driving initiatives that align with our strategy. What you will do:
- Digital production management: Be responsible all website and marketing automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Manage resources, including external contractors, to meet project goals.
- Workflow design: Design and implement efficient internal workflows and processes to enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
- Operational documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, ensuring all processes and procedures are clearly defined and accessible.
- Training: Train and support team members on the effective use of marketing technology tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- MarTech stack integration: Ensure seamless integration of the MarTech stack with appropriate system integrations and automations, streamlining team member functions and enhancing overall efficiency.
- Backlog management: Recommend and prioritize projects that align with the MarTech strategy. Manage the backlog and coordinate development projects with IT and vendors to achieve desired outcomes.
- Reporting and analytics: Monitor and resolve data quality and reporting issues within MarTech systems. Generate and distribute detailed campaign, website, and performance reports to inform decision-making.
- IT and vendor relationship management: Forge strong partnerships with IT and key vendors to optimize the marketing technology infrastructure and drive innovative solutions.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, public relations, journalism, English, liberal arts, or similar discipline
- 5+ years of experience with content management systems (CMS) for managing and optimizing website content, using marketing automation for lead generation, and email marketing campaigns
- 3+ years of experience in running digital production projects, including managing resources, designing and implementing efficient workflows and processes to streamline operations, timely delivery, backlog management and prioritization
- Expertise in website analytics for tracking and analyzing website traffic and campaign performance
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools for managing customer relationships and integrating marketing efforts
- Familiarity with tools in monitoring data quality, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to improve marketing strategies, such as Salesforce reporting and dashboards and Datorama (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence)
- Strong collaboration and relationship management skills to partner effectively with IT and external vendors
- Experience with Kentico, Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.
The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $99,000.00- $151,000.00. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
