Why this role is exciting:
The Marketing Manager of Strategic Programs, GC will lead the charge in defining, orchestrating, and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies across thought-leadership, podcast, Customer Marketing, Co-Marketing, and New strategic programs, while also overseeing and supporting team members responsible for go-to-market (GTM) efforts for new SKUs (Creator and Advocate).
Responsible for driving integrated marketing campaigns, building out scalable programs, and aligning efforts to ensure measurable growth in customer engagement, retention, and revenue.
What you'll do:
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Develop and execute regional content agenda and messagings on partnership marketing category, company’s 3-SKU and China-out brand industry
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities as it relates to our strategic channel partners and prospects
- Coordinate with the various marketing sub-departments to help stay on track and execute programs and events
- Collaborate and enjoy multi-tasking
- Manage communication of marketing results through marketing communications and quarterly team updates
- Responsible for the regional head’s important keynotes, thought-leadership pitches, etc.;
- Take the lead in regional marketing strategic programs
Does this sound like you?
- 8 years of professional experience with an extreme sense of urgency and passion
- Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks from concept through implementation, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
- Creative and analytical
- Is comfortable creating spreadsheets, decks, zoom webinars (familiar with Salesforce and/or Marketo is a plus)
- Positive attitude and true team player
- Comfortable working with various teams (design, content marketing/product marketing, events, programs, sales) across multiple regions and keeping everyone informed
