Your Role at impact.com:

This individual will work with our brands and assist with creator recruitment, engagement, and growth strategies for a brand’s Creator Community, ensuring a vibrant and active network. 

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategies for Creator clients to attract creators who are aligned with brand goals.
  • Design and implement engagement strategies and programs to motivate creators.
  • Identify and target creators to join a brand’s campaign / program by leading a 360° Creator recruitment effort with the help of offshore support when needed.
  • Work with Clients and help manage the approval process for new creator applications to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Actively engage with clients and creators who have tasks stuck in workflows, deliverables waiting, and payments that need processing.
  • Build strong relationships with creators to foster a sense of community and collaboration.
  • Create and execute incentive programs, including flat fees, performance-based rewards, exclusive offers, and more. 
  • Provide coaching and guidance to creators to help them maximize their content quality, performance, and earnings.
  • Work closely with overseas analysts who will mine data to identify opportunities for performance improvement and growth.
  • Offer personalized coaching to creators, helping them understand best practices, compliance guidelines, and strategies for increasing conversions and revenue.
  • Provide continuous education through webinars, tutorials, and one-on-one sessions.
  • Coach upper-tier Creators to coach and guide cohorts of creators on their respective teams.
  • Track Creator & affiliate performance metrics, including conversion rates, engagement levels, and ROI.
  • Regularly analyze and report on community performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Use data to measure the impact of community activities on broader company and client goals.
  • Recommend payment model optimizations and innovations. 
  • Create and nurture a sense of belonging and community within the network through events, forums, and regular communications.
  • Manage communication channels such as newsletters, forums, or social media groups dedicated to affiliates.
  • Solicit feedback from creators to understand their needs and develop solutions to improve their experience.
  • Collaborate closely with domestic and overseas internal teams, including community support, sales, product, marketing, and client success, to align creator community and affiliate strategies with overall business goals.
  • Partner with clients to tailor affiliate community strategies to their unique needs.

What You Have:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer / creator marketing, and community management.
  • Strong understanding of Creator & affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of Creators & affiliates.
  • Relationship-driven with ability to work with a multitude of personalities and work styles
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for and strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Self-starter with strong drive to not only succeed personally but have the drive to grow and develop client businesses
  • Adaptable to sudden changes in schedules and trends and an ever-changing industry

Nice to have:

Salary range: $100,000- $110,000 + $25,000.00 - $27,500.00 Variable, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
