Why this role is exciting!
The Operations Project Manager is an exciting opportunity to enable the Partnership Cloud leadership team to complete strategic initiatives and ensure that we are working efficiently as a team to drive transformational outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking strategic initiatives by monitoring progress towards meeting goals, analyzing data, ensuring follow-through on the part of key players, and sustaining momentum needed to drive these initiatives. You will also be involved in developing new programs/initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization. You will also play a vital role in making sure the whole team is communicating efficiently by staying connected with all members of the team, collecting data, and alerting the leadership team of the ongoing progress of outstanding projects. You will also oversee the team budgets, operating plans, hiring needs, and be responsible for facilitating regular team wide meetings.
