imo's user base is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a director of recruiting to help us scale our engineering team. Our ideal candidate is resourceful, excited about working in a small environment, and proactive with initiating various recruiting/human resources projects.  You will be the main point of contact for all recruiting/HR needs, so this person must be very reliable and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting: Manage full cycle recruiting process for technical and non-technical candidates, including sourcing, scheduling, and closing
  • HR: Act as main point of contact for inquires related to new hires, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and immigration
  • Occasionally interact with employment and immigration lawyers, accountant, and third party vendors
  • Provide excellent support for new hires and employees

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a high-tech recruiting function (technical experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with using an ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Experience with HR (HRIS, benefits, immigration, payroll, compliance)
  • Exceptional research, communication (verbal and written), and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and process driven
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
