The purpose of the HR Manager’s job is to manage the smooth operation of the HR function, creating and implementing people practices that enable the business strategy. This includes devising policies, practices and processes and providing people leaders with proactive advice, guidance and support across the full range of generalist HR activities.
The HR Manager will support the Chief People Officer by ensuring the smooth operational running of the HR Department. They will mentor less experienced members of the team and lead or partner on HR team projects as relevant.
We're a relatively new team, breaking convention where possible and looking to lead the way in our industry. 'Transformational' is our watch word, but that doesn't have to limit itself to our science.
