What You’ll Do:

  • Event Coordination & Scheduling: Assist the Event Recruiter in managing and organising a dynamic calendar of international recruitment events, including career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences. Ensure all event logistics are seamlessly coordinated, including pre-event planning, on-the-day execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaboration with Partners & Societies: Work with third-party organisations, such as universities, faculties, and professional associations, to identify recruitment events that align with our hiring needs. Foster relationships and communication with partners to ensure smooth event participation
  • Logistics & Candidate Engagement: Help manage all logistical aspects of recruitment events, ensuring that our recruitment teams are fully prepared. Support candidate engagement efforts, ensuring a positive and seamless experience at each event.
  • Marketing & Branding Support: Collaborate with the marketing and employer branding teams to design and produce event materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items that attract top talent. Assist with giveaways, merchandise, and any other materials needed for the events.
  • Event Attendance: Travel to recruitment events across Europe as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for both recruiters and candidates, and representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

Who You Are:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with diverse individuals and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • A genuine interest in recruitment, event planning, and talent acquisition, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and using insights to drive event strategies and improve recruitment processes.
  • You’re flexible and adaptable, excited to work in a fast-paced environment where plans can shift quickly.
  • You’re willing to travel across Europe and support events outside of regular working hours when needed
  • Previous experience in event planning or recruitment is a plus.
