Imagen Technologies is a high growth healthcare startup enabling patients to be diagnosed, treated, and managed at their primary care appointment (vs. having to refer out to hospitals, imaging centers and other slow and expensive options). Today, we’ve built an AI-enabled platform that enables patients to receive immediate diagnostic tests, immediate results, and immediate next steps – all in a single Primary Care appointment. For example: through our platform, women across the U.S. are now receiving comprehensive breast imaging, results, and specialist-driven next steps at their local Primary Care office, condensing a multi-month diagnostic journey into 60 minutes.
With over $135m in funding from Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S. - from 7 states and 50,000 patients in 2022, to 16 states and 500,000 patients in 2023. By 2026, we will be delivering care across 35 states and to more than 5m patients per year.
Imagen is hiring a talented SVP of Sales who will build and manage a world-class sales organization. This role will be accountable for all of Imagen’s sales teams across new logo, expansion, and enterprise growth. In this capacity, you will oversee the execution of a national sales organization as well as the inside sales and sales engineering functions. The ideal candidate has a track record of creating high performing teams that regularly exceed expectations, understands how to build infrastructure and capacity to support growth, and creates a culture of energy, support, and execution. As a growth stage business, you will play a key role in defining and shaping go to market strategy and defining/building the tools necessary to scale up sales to exceed Imagen’s growth targets for the next 5+ years. This role requires travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Imagen’s new bookings and upsell growth targets quarterly and annually
- Build a high performing inside and outside sales team and a top tier sales engineering function
- Create incentive structures to motivate and drive on-going performance
- Define and oversee the execution of coordinated lead generation strategies across marketing, inside, and outside sales.
- Build and maintain tight coordination with product, implementation, and operations teams to ensure sales execution is aligned with the priorities of the business.
- Lead by example and create a culture of performance across all of Imagen’s go-to-market functions
- As necessary, define, build and iterate upon the materials, tools, scripts, playbooks and other resources that will enable your team to successfully execute a growth strategy across the US.
- Become an expert on the business models of Imagen and its customers, positioning you as a strong consultative sales leader internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Experience driving growth from $20MM to $100MM+ in Booked ARR
- Track record of teams in your purview routinely achieving top 10% in their respective areas; consistently produces President’s Club (or equivalent) members
- Prior success in developing and executing strategies to sell into complex healthcare environments that require a deep knowledge of your product and industry to successfully serve in a consultative capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of value-based primary care arrangements and how successful practices administer and manage them
- Strong process orientation - you understand how to successfully bring together and manage the team necessary to drive a sale to completion.
- You take ownership in the success you’ve created and the opportunities you missed. You constantly strive to get better at your craft by analyzing both the wins and the losses.
- Strong history of building and overseeing teams of >20 sales professionals
- At least 7+ years of healthcare experience, including at least 5 years in sales leadership. Experience leading in a startup or early stage healthcare technology or services business strongly preferred.
- Prior knowledge of Primary Care Practices and their challenges and opportunities strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

The base salary range for this position is $250,000-300,000, plus equity, commission, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
