Imagen is experiencing hypergrowth and the Talent team is responsible for both scaling existing departments and building new departments from the ground up! We are looking for a driven and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and mission-driven organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will work alongside business leaders across the organization to develop sophisticated talent strategies. Our ideal candidate will be a leading brand ambassador for Imagen, data-driven, an excellent communicator, and has a demonstrated track record of developing and managing relationships with and hiring business-essential talent. 

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

  • Foster consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand and help define business needs, provide guidance through the full-lifecycle recruiting process, and influence hiring stakeholders on’ impactful talent decisions
  • Create a strategic and diversified sourcing portfolio, including referral networks, internal sourcing efforts, and managing relationships with search firms to leverage insights and expertise as it pertains to the market and Imagen’s mission and values
  • Source top-tier talents, creating and nurturing relationships with candidates as they move through the process - from initial contact to offer acceptance
  • Act as a mentor and advisor to your teammates on the Talent Acquisition team

  • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5-8 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience
  • You have a proven track record of managing mid to senior-level candidates from prospecting to closing and negotiating compensation packages
  • You have the ability to be an exceptional partner with stakeholders at all levels, bringing to the table a solid emphasis of accountability, rigor, and high standards for talent 
  • You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
  • You are highly organized and are able to manage competing priorities, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal guidance
