Role Overview:

In this role as the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for leading strategy & execution of marketing functions including SEO, paid advertising, content, and overseeing the marketing budget and reporting. This role will be ultimately focused on driving more quality leads. This role will report directly to the CEO, and collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own all demand gen. Optimize the right channel mix across various paid and unpaid channels.

  • Manage all paid spend. Drive high quality leads across Google, social, and other channels to drive

    results.

  • Manage SEO & content strategy. Leverage data and marketing feedback loops to plan, optimize,

    and produce high quality content.

  • Closely collaborate with the sales and customer success teams, evolve nurturing strategy, tools,

    and tactics.

  • Maintain marketing analytics and reporting through data and analysis.

    Preferred Experience/Qualities

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B and/or Fintech

  • SMB marketing experience is a plus

  • Strong keyword generation abilities

  • Ability to produce high-quality, valuable content

  • Previous success in driving conversion rates and creating strong leads

  • Experience in ideating/driving acquisition campaigns

  • Comfortable with data, and collecting and analyzing data from a number of sources

  • Scrappy, willing to roll up your sleeves and be both a strategist and executionist
