Role : Senior Account Manager  

Location: London 



Working in partnership with our client, as an experienced Senior Account Manager you’ll have the account handling skills to build strong client relationships. Your knowledge and insight of the client will be essential in helping your talented colleagues wow clients with every brief. 



You’ll be working on a full-service account for a challenger fintech brand. One that has big ambitions to truly connect with niche and diverse cultures and communities around the world and become the Uber of peer-to-peer payments. You’ll have a close partnership with our clients and will actively help them achieve the objectives of each project. Your focus will be on the always on workstreams, which include social and performance marketing, and conceptual campaigns. You will work closely with a very talented team to help the client achieve creative stand out, build an ownable brand and help them be community first. You will join a team of 20 people, based in London, Europe, Africa, and Asia. What you will love about the team is the diversity of people, culture, and background. You will report into the Senior Account Director, and work closely with the Resource Manager, Project   



    • Guardian of the brand. This goes from knowledge of the brand guidelines, knowledge of the client’s organisation, knowledge of client personalities, processes, agency network, their challenges… You know everything and you use that to be an excellent creative and strategic partner.  
    • Stakeholder management. Build excellent relationships with marketing manager level. 
    • Responsible for service levels and KPI’s across your workstreams. Taking actions to contribute towards targets and ensuring the service level agreements are adhered to. 
    • Liaise with the client teams to take briefs and debriefs for campaigns and always on workstreams. Translate these into actionable strategic and creative briefs.  
    • Reporting. Support in the creation of the governance reports for the account, working closely with the Senior Account Director. You will execute the report and support in analysis and recommendations. 
    • Financial health of the account. You will ensure OLIVER gets paid on time by securing PO’s and billing on time. You will also work with the Senior Account Director to regularly report the financial position of the account.  
    • Planning. You make sure you know the client’s pipeline, understand what projects are incoming and brief this into the team in a timely fashion. 
    • Project Delivery. Manage and deliver and always on projects and campaigns, from brief to supply across multiple channels. You make sure the team are always clear on direction.  
    • Lead proactive initiatives to progress the culture of the team. 
    • Growth. You will support in achieving the growth targets of the account. Hunt out opportunities for us to help the client.  


    • Solution focussed. You think with the client and the team and are always putting forward solutions. You are entrepreneurial in your approach to problem solving 
    • Experience working on global brands and projects that reach non-European markets. Or lived experience in non-European markets. 
    • Experience and a passion for Fintech or Financial Services experience will give you an edge.   
    • Great communication skills. You are articulate, clear in direction and have the persuasion skills to promote what is in the client and team’s interest.  
    • Listener. To the team, to the client. Using the intel to develop a better service and better solutions 
    • Commercial. Ability to track to revenue targets. Ability to develop estimates and monitor scope. Ability to interpret data, and use that to tell a story and make meaningful recommendations to improve service levels 
    • Organised and adaptable. The ability to manage multiple workstreams and to quickly prioritise when things change. 
    • Experience across organic social, paid social, in app campaigns and integrated campaigns. Experience in non-traditional media is a bonus. For example, stunt, experiential, and referral marketing. 
    • Team player. The ability to work within an integrated team of client and agency team members.
