ROLE: Social Media Manager - Contract 5 Months (December to May)

LOCATION: Paris FR

ROLE MISSION

Working closely with our client in the onsite agency, the Social Media Manager builds, engages and proactively supports a social community through all key channels including Instagram, Tiktok, and supports the main campaigns each year. The role is responsible for providing strategic best-in-class advice to the client and agency teams, managing all social platforms and page queries, reporting and posting tools, assisting in content ideation and management, as well as working with the creative on the content calendars.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting to the creative director and the account director, the Social Media Manager is a highly collaborative role within the team of 10 people. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Work in true collaboration with our client and be responsible for the social accounts of his different brands
  • Build, engage and proactively support a social community through all key channels including Instagram and Tiktok, Facebook
  • The role is responsible for providing strategic best-in-class advice to the client and agency teams, content management, high level reporting and engaging social content 
  • Assisting with creative briefs to ensure ongoing and new content ideas consistently meet client briefs
  • Publishing content, with a strong brand ambassadorship. High-level knowledge and understanding of social media platforms is required.
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to provide data and metrics for client reporting presentations
  • Strong community management skills
  • Maintenance of influencer relationships and reposting
  • Content calendar creation and management
  • Work across health and lifestyle sectors.

  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
  • A taste for creative and trendy brand activations
  • The ability to manage client expectations when delivering projects
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive in approach and attitude
  • The ability to spot opportunities to create content and help clients achieve their business ambitions
  • Successful implementation of content measurement and testing
  • Excellent written communication skills, and the ability to develop the voice of the brand within it
  • Professional and works well under pressure, retaining confidence of the client
  • Keen and active interest in digital trends and popular culture
  • Experience with working with a social media management tool
  • In-depth understanding of paid media and the role of influencers
  • Experience in health and/or lifestyle sectors.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in:
    • Digital
    • Marketing
