Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Editor, Digital Content II (Content) will primarily be responsible for ensuring that all product content is completed and error free before going live on the site. This includes following strict guidelines.

Job Expectations:

  • Meet or exceed speed and accuracy KPIs set for all Content Editor team members
  • Completing PC Checklist for each product that was worked on
  • Reviewing errors entered on QC Scoring Sheet and improving with time
  • Attend bi-monthly 1:1 meetings with Content Supervisor to go over site improvements, issues, and KPIs 
  • Attend monthly team meetings and participate in team building conversations and gain knowledge of the monthly status of the team
  • Complete mandatory trainings and learning sessions as they arise
  • As requested, communicate to various internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety, business ethics, and standards of professional conduct at all times

Required:

  • Strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and in writing) with other team members
  • Outstanding computer skills, proficient in MS Office and Google applications
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Works well independently
  • Solid decision making skills, ability to prioritize, has great follow through, and is a team player

Experience Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience in a similar or directly related role with equivalent responsibilities.

Education Requirements:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.


The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work.  The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.  iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
