Responsibilities of SAP Manager OTC/TM includes managing a team of SAP Order to Cash modules in S/4 HANA and SAP Transportation management solution. This position will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, SME advice, and direction to business as well as functional and technical SME of Sales & Distribution, business network for logistics & global logistics team. Position will be responsible for managing governance and compliance of the SAP OTC/TM systems and related processes & routine maintenance. This role will require a strong collaboration with business & understanding of sales and transportation business processes for the ecommerce industry. The candidate will need to interface and manage key internal and external vendors in regards to interfaces, Application Managed Support (AMS), compliance/internal audit stakeholders and manage enhancement or change requests that fall within their purview. The ideal candidate will have a deep functional knowledge of OTC/TM as well as strong leadership and project management skills with a minimum 10+ years experience, preferably composed of Big 4 consulting employment background.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to lead implementation and support of SAP OTC/TM solutions within an S/4 environment tailored towards a global ecommerce business

  • Ability to partner with External vendors, IT and Business stakeholders on current and future initiatives

  • Ability to be influential & coordinate integration efforts with SAP RISE (ECS team), AMS teams as well as internal iHerb landops, prodops, IT security Dba, infra and cloud ops teams

  • Manage the configuration, APIs and customization of embedded T M, Business network for logistics (BN4L), Global Track and Trace (P.44) & SMC3 solutions

  • Deep technical knowledge and understanding of SAP S/4 OTC B2C/B2B process mapping not limited to tax, rebates, pricing, output determination, sales, RMA, inventory management, procurement, planning, WMS and Finance integration scenarios.

  • Experience configuring freight units/freight orders, inbound/outbound transportation, DSD route planning, transportation cockpit, T M optimization, Freight cost calculations/settlement, delivery, dock scheduling, global trade/exports, 3PL and shipment processing

  • Experience working with but not limited to; SAP S/4, CPI, ARIBA, IBP, FIORI, Cloud ALM, BRF+, CPGRC & BTP

  • Develop & oversee comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines & budget management of ERP projects, RAID log including OTC and T M implementations

  • Collaborate with SI partner during implementation and serve as a change agent/liaison between business and IT teams

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including, planning, global logistics, sales, marketing, and IT to ensure seamless project delivery

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing expert guidance, risk analysis and mitigation on best practices and innovative solutions for global ecommerce operations

  • Analyze and assess business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization in the context of global operations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with System integrator (SI), LTL/FTL carriers, forwarding and custom agents as well as internal stakeholders such as senior management and business process owners

  • Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders to discuss project updates and deliverables

  • Remove impediments and blockers which might potentially delay project completion for a given timeline

  • Ensure SOD compliances in system setup as per industry standards and trade regulations

  • Stay current with latest SAP updates and innovations, incorporating relevant advancements into project work

  • Strong customer services, written & verbal skills 

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills & understanding of urgency of issues to help facilitate Operational continuity in regards to S4 RISE private cloud landscape

Education & Experience Necessary For Success

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus

  • Hands on functional experience in S/4 HANA OTC and embedded Transportation management module

  • At least 5 years of management experience

  • Participation in all phases of at least 4 full-lifecycles of SAP OTC implementation

  • Understanding of SAP ASAP & Agile methodologies

  • Strong organization, change management & project management skills

  • SAP functional certifications AND/OR PMP certification preferred

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work.  The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.  iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
