The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for receiving, in-process, and shipping visual inspection verifications to meet or exceed current Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP. The QC must be detail oriented and have the confidence to stand up and object should the product quality be in jeopardy. iHerb is regulated by the Federal Drug Admiration (FDA), the QC Inspector may be and must be able to provide documented evidence of the operations process during an FDA audit.

Perform Replenishment Inspections, if applicable

Adheres to cGMP training and guidelines
Adhere to work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
Judgment/Reasoning Ability: Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.

The Team Member is frequently required to stand, walk, climb stairs, use hands and fingers, bend, stoop and reach with hands and arms. The Team Member may occasionally lift or move materials and products up to 25 pounds. Proper lifting techniques required.
