We are looking for an Office Manager (12-14 month contract-maternity leave) who has a creativity and passion for delivering an amazing experience to our customers.

This role requires an individual to be a “jack-of-all-trades”. We are looking for someone who can handle reception duties, office management and administrative tasks for the company and Executives alike. Just apply now and tell us how you want to make a difference!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Area of Reception:
    • Greet office visitors and direct incoming calls
    • Send/receive; sort and distribute mail/couriers
    • Manage bookings of meeting rooms
    • Coordination of catering when required
  • Area of Office Management:
    • Focal point for all facilities related issues
    • Manage and coordinate all facility vendor relationships
    • Receive/action/report on all facility related requests to the landlord
    • Order/maintain adequate stock of kitchen and office supplies
  • Area of Executive Assistance:
    • Coordinate travel arrangements for Executives
    • Preparation of expense reports for Executives
    • Coordination of meetings for Executives both from IFS and customers
    • Manage monthly timesheet submissions of the Executive team

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of 2 + years’ experience in an officer manager role
  • College and/or University degree in Business or equivalent work-related experience
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Phenomenal task management
  • Effective problem solver
  • Superior interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Must have access to own car
