Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of enabling a self-serve portal for developers and partners to integrate with ID.me’s solutions. A high-level understanding of digital identity and digital wallet technologies and solutions is helpful. They will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution with a strong emphasis on metrics, data-driven decision-making, and analysis. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This team aims to serve our customers in multiple ways, ranging from driving product-led growth motions to increasing efficiencies on internal customer success teams. You will be responsible for driving growth through self-service integration.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities and prioritize features.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to develop innovative, wallet solutions that integrate identity verification features for business customers.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics for Wallet solutions, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize performance.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the product team, utilizing data analysis and metrics to guide product development and prioritize features.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product requirements, use cases, and user stories to guide product development.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product direction, and ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on digital wallet solutions, identity verification, or related technologies in B2B2C contexts.
  • Proven track record of launching successful consumer-facing products, ideally in the fintech, identity verification, or security space.
  • Strong technical background and ability to work closely with engineering teams to drive product development.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated experience in data-driven decision-making and product analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Passion for creating innovative, user-centric solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences and integrate seamlessly with identity verification technologies.

The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location. Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits are available depending on the role.
