You will handle core administrative assistant duties as well as a wide array of other responsibilities including special ad hoc projects. Confidentiality, sound judgment, effective multitasking and a strong work ethic are imperative to success. The Administrative Assistant will also collaborate closely with other members of the ICONIQ Support Team and other ICONIQ colleagues and report into the Senior Executive Assistant.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide administrative support for one Managing Director and one SVP and additional team members when needed, mostly with social events, team meetings and ad hoc project support
- Manage multiple complex, changing, high-volume calendars across multiple time-zones
- Proactively and strategically coordinate internal and external meetings, team events, and meeting materials
- Update and maintain entries in Salesforce and other systems
- Process expense reports
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple individuals
- Highly organized, thorough attention to detail, exceptional communication skills
- Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude, desire to learn, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
- Highly self-motivated, able to think independently and provide creative solutions
- Deep experience with Outlook is required
Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our New York City office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 together with a discretionary bonus, health insurance, paid time off, 401k participation with a company matching program, wellness stipend, personal education allowance as well as a commuter benefits program.
