Job Description and Responsibilities

Interactive Brokers Group is looking for a self-driven and experienced Client Services Associate in the upcoming Manila office. The Associate will focus on creating and driving strategies that impact client satisfaction, process improvements, talent, and culture initiatives. You will speak with clients through inbound calls, emails and chats and provide outstanding service by quickly resolving queries regarding account transactions, functional questions, margin-related queries, and other issues.


  • Handling inbound calls/email/chat, through the use of proactive customer service and call control techniques and proven troubleshooting procedures.
  • Creates an exceptional experience for the customer by using professional customer service techniques, personalizing and focusing on adding value to the call.
  • Explain margin requirements to clients.
  • Consistently improving product knowledge and understanding, participating in ongoing training in keeping with changing business strategies.
  • Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.



  • Bachelor's or higher degree required.
  • Good level of MS Excel skills required
  • Good quantitative/analytical skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, fluency in English
