Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Manager -

  • Ensure office compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Schedule & supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
  • Lunch program management.
  • Installation and maintenance of air conditioners, printers, and scanners.
  • MAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations. 
  • Inventory Management of office supplies, IT peripherals.
  • Basic IT set-up configurations. 
  • Overseeing refurbishments and renovations.
  • Maintain space management system for office. 
  • Monthly Facilities reporting.
  • Manage/maintain pantry. Ensure it is clean and fully stocked.
  • Work with Corporate Security & Safety on creating & maintaining office safety plans.

Recruitment -

  • Interacting with department heads to identify job openings and preparing job descriptions and requirements.
  • Posting job openings on various social media platforms.
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews as and when required.
  • Working with the hiring manager, interview panel, and other internal team members on recruitment co-ordination.
  • Helping the new joiners with the onboarding process and making sure everything is in place at the time of joining.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional level experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety. precautions related to facilities management.
  • Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate with senior management.
