Position Summary:
This is a full-time position with excellent growth potential for highly motivated and exceptional performers. This role is multifaceted, inclusive but not limited to ensuring that customer outreach timeframes are being met, quality of outreach attempts maintained, verbiage being utilized is accurate, relationships with salespeople and analysts maintained, courteous approaches to clients maintained and that policies and procedures are being followed.  This position would orchestrate and act as a conduit between Outreach Team India and the Chicago Client Outreach Specialist.  The position carries the responsibility for client outreach workflows, coordinating compliance communication efforts and facilitating client outreach logistics and programs.

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage workflow communications process between IBKR customers and compliance analysts
Manage and provide daily oversight of three (3) Client Outreach Specialists
Provide process and policy training to Client Outreach Specialists
Track and maintain customer outreach (outbound & inbound) communications
Ensure conformity to IBKR outreach guidelines and procedures
Provide monthly summary and status reports
Maintain updates and communications between Outreach Team India and Outreach Team Chicago
Manage communication logistics between Analysts, Sales and Customers
Ensure accuracy of client data and information acting as an information clearing house for Analysts   
Escalate account restrictions to management on a pre-defined monthly schedule
Manage the distribution of daily customer emails to Analysts

Preferred Candidate Preferences:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
Three years professional work experience
Two years work experience in financial services or related compliance field
Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and project management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Willingness to assume Ad-hoc project responsibilities
Motivated to provide recommendations on improving processes and client outreach enhancements
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to learn and understand basic troubleshooting techniques for shared work flows

Candidate Technology Requirements:
Proficient and adept with Microsoft products
High comfort level utilizing Excel in sorting data and visual basic for applications programming
Competent or familiar with using Jira and Confluence
High degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology and understanding of how technology is applied to business
