We are looking for bright and motivated people with good communication skills for handling daily inquires of institutional clients. The Institutional Client Services Associate is an ideal opportunity for a person who wants to work and build a long-term career in the financial industry.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical, account and trade-related queries via telephone, ticket and live chat
Escalate high-level issues to relevant stakeholders and make suggestions for process improvement
Other ad hoc projects and duties including client training, general market research and development etc.
Qualification & Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to accommodate client inquiries.
Ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task
Analytical problem-solver with a passion for technology and financial markets
Strong knowledge in listed Equities, Options, Futures, and other financial products
Fluent English plus any other Central European language is mandatory.
University degree or higher
At least 1-2 years’ experience preferably in a client-facing capacity at a global financial institution (less experienced candidates with a strong grasp of the core competencies will also be considered)
