Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Leading the existing team of document processors for account opening of global clients to ensure a high output while maintaining quality of work.
  • Be the point of contact for process migrations and training the team on it.
  • Creating process flows and streamline existing flows in order to improve efficiency.
  • Along with team handling they will be required to process documents as well.
  • Hiring and training of new team members.
