ABOUT THE ROLE

The EMEA HR Business Partner will play a strategic role in providing organizational and HR related advice, guidance and support to the management of Business Units Components in our matrix organization. Operating as an HRBP, in collaboration with BU management and key stakeholders, your objective is to develop and enable the right people in the right functions and motivate them to perform to their fullest potential. The EMEA HRBP will report to the CHRO and will be the business partner for the VP BU Components EMEA.

Preferred location: Krakow (Poland) or Alphen aan den Rijn (The Netherlands).


RESPONSIBILITIES


- Support Management in workforce planning, in driving performance improvement initiatives and in creating a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, learning, wellbeing and inclusivity.
-Ensure total reward (recognition , salary planning , incentives , promotion, etc..) are properly implemented in line with global guidelines and local practices, working in partnership with local HR and the reward COE
-Establishing ongoing process management and ownership for integrated solutions, building KPIs in the areas of process, cost and people for ongoing governance, and continuous improvements for end-to-end solutions;
-Build a business case, for changes and improvements by identifying and quantifying value created through recommended changes. Effectively document and communicate proposed changes to stakeholders across relevant departments.
-Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
-Coach managers and drive change management & transformation initiatives in the Business Unit
Design, implement and lead monthly, quarterly and annual analysis processes to support financial and business reviews of acquired companies.


REQUIREMENTS

- Demonstrated experience in driving HR initiatives and projects within an international business setting
- High level of business acumen and assertiveness paired with a focus on strategic thinking and execution
- Ground experience with HR transformation, process improvement, strategy and policy creation and implementation
-10++ years of experience working in international companies across regions, manufacturing or automotive is a nice to have.
-Experience working in a multinational company, with matrix reporting structure and multiple stakeholder management at senior level
- People leadership experience
- Conflict Management experience
- Full proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
