What we do:
As an HR Total Rewards Coordinator, you will be part of a forward-thinking team focused on the administration and roll-out of various programs, such as performance and incentive management, leaves, group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits.
What you can do:
Assist in crafting PowerPoint presentations to employees and leadership on HR programs, as well in developing materials for annual reviews, enrollments, on-boarding, and off-boarding. Assist with maintaining compensation, benefits, and HR data and systems and ensure changes are entered into systems, as well as, appropriate for payroll deductions. Assist with employee inquiries and responds in a timely fashion, as well as, verifying the calculation of the monthly vendor statements, then resolving administrative problems with the vendors. Assist in preparation and set up meetings crafted to help employees acquire information and understand company programs. Assist with coordinating state and federal filings for HR, benefits, leaves, compensation, and payroll matters.

- Help develop new policies and SOPs and participates in benchmarking and RFP studies
- Ensure Company’s HRIS & Intranet sites as it relates to HR information is current.
- Prepare and maintain biweekly employee reports, new-hire and leave reports, and completing HR, benefits, and compensation reporting requirements
- Maintain and update company charts, phone directory, and other requested reports as needed
You may also be able to contribute:

- An undergraduate degree in HR, finance, or accounting
- Your specific "know-how" of human resources, employee benefits administration, and/or compensation.
- Your hands-on analytics experience
- Proficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS Office Suite
