Every week, you will also work closely with the leads of Financial Planning and Business Analytics (your peers) to bring the best capability to bear on common business challenges – we believe in breaking down siloed approaches, and are passionate about integrated methods.
You will also work closely with Partnerships and Engineering leaders, not just to radiate our recommendations after they are complete – but to truly involve our leadership in the creation of our insights. Many strategy leads are told to do this – but few are given the space and mandate to actually realize it. We authentically value this as a true organizational priority, and will empower you to the hilt on full collaboration.

Ability to work with, lead, and guide a team of cross functional A-players.
We are looking for a colleague who has managed technologists, economists, analysts, bankers/investors.
Able to define crisp problem statements from open-ended or blue-sky market and business challenges, and to clearly – and patiently – explain your approach to your team and other verticals.
A finely-tuned calibration for what can be achieved – and how to appropriately prioritize the urgent vs. important.
Ability to inspire excellent culture and esprit de corps among your team.
Truly executive-level communications, excellent story-telling, and ability to influence and persuade the organization.
Outstanding business judgment. Intimacy with business models, monetization models, and a burning intellectual curiosity for the ‘WHY’ and ‘HOW.' Even better, show an unrelenting pursuit for the ‘WHY NOT’ and ‘HOW COME.'
