We're looking for a Principal Producer to join our team at Hypixel Studios, which collaborates remotely from around the world. Acting as Product Owner of the Marketplace and Creator Ecosystem you will drive strategy in partnership with the Director of Monetization and other discipline leadership including Design, Engineering, etc. You will be responsible for delivering and innovating on creator and marketplace experiences at every stage of production.

Some of your role:

Be a champion of Marketplace and Economy across teams and stakeholders partnering with Engineering, Insights, Game Design, etc.
Be a member of senior leadership accountable to key internal and external stakeholders and responsible for ensuring a high level of transparency and execution quality across the studio, creators, and partners
Lead the team to excellence, while fostering a positive team culture and an environment that motivates the team to bring their best
Manage the team’s overall execution strategy, identifying critical path issues, removing roadblocks, and driving efficiency and accountability in execution
You will continually leverage data, research, and whatever resources are available to validate product direction and demonstrate strong judgment around how and when to react

Deep, practiced knowledge of product strategy and product development with expertise in aligning product roadmaps with desired outcomes and goals.
